Had my Visa 485 filled with Vision Consultants. Being on briding visa A due to student visa extension came with some small complications as the risk of refusal was high due as the student visa expiry date was way closer. Sharon was quite responsive to get my previous visa withdrawal after my 485 grant. Din’t had a walk-in appointment, but they are good to handle the case on an urgent basis. During the visa process I received s56 and Rumina guide me very well , finally after waiting 17 months I got my permanent visa grant because of good paperwork prepared. I had a terrible experience with them. Poor level of communication and extremely unprofessional behaviour. They don’t even bother to communicate with you on your visa progress level and also don’t contact you on time. If there would be ZERO rating I would definitely give. They had wasted my 1 and half year of time.

1 would 100 % recommend vision global. They helped me in getting my TR and my parents visa as well that too in one day. They give Excellent service and have amazing professional team. I had a wonderful experience and i am glad i chose them.

Vision Consultant a name that gives you hope. I contact them, told my story and ask for changing my university. It seems a bit easy to change university but my case was way too difficult, so quite frankly I was hopeless and almost have decided to go back to my country.
